To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

1). Kenneth Hagin, Concerning Spiritual Gifts: The power gifts, those that do something. The gift of faith, the working of miracles, and the gifts of healings. This gift, like all the other gifts, is supernatural. The gift of faith is a gift of the Spirit to the believer that he might receive miracles. The working of miracles is a gift of the Spirit given to the believer that he might work miracles. The gift of faith receives, the gift of the working of miracles works, it does something. One is active, the other passive. Those who possess this gift of faith believe God in such a way that he honors their word as His own and miraculously brings it to pass. There are different kinds of faith. Saving faith comes before salvation. Faith, the fruit of the Spirit comes after salvation. The manifestation of the gift of faith comes after the baptism of the Holy Ghost [Under the New Covenant].

2). Kenneth Hagin, Concerning Spiritual Gifts: The gift of faith was used by the patriarchs of old for direct supernatural blessings or fulfillment of human utterances. When they were ready to die, they would lay their hands on their sons and would command blessings upon them which many times did not come to pass until years later. We see this in the lives of Abraham, Isaac, and Joseph [also] Jacob. This was the gift of faith.

3). Kenneth Hagin, Concerning Spiritual Gifts: When Daniel was in the lions’ he received a miracle. In those days as well as down through history, others were thrown to the lions and were killed by them. Why did the lions not harm Daniel? The Bible says that Daniel “believed in his God.” There is no doubt that God gave him special faith, a special manifestation to receive deliverance. Daniel did not do anythingHe just laid down and went to sleep. His faith was passive rather than active, he received a miracle.

a). Daniel 6:16-23 Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.

6:17 And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel.

6:18 Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments of musick brought before him: and his sleep went from him.

6:19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions.

6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

6:21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever.

6:22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.

6:23 Then was the king exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.
