For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

1. “For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.”

1). This is a reference or allusion to Psalm 110:1. Psalm 110:1 is quoted or alluded to 16 times in the New Testament, which makes Psalm 110:1 the most quoted Old Testament verse in the New Testament.
