2 Samuel 9:5

Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lodebar.

a. NLT: So David sent for him and brought him from Makir’s home.

b. NIV: So King David had him brought from Lo Debar, from the house of Makir son of Ammiel.
