1). The covenant with the animal kingdom removes
the curse that has been upon them since the fall of mankind. In the very beginning
mankind and all animals were vegetarian (Genesis 1:29-31). After the fall of
man a curse fell upon every realm that was given to man to take dominion over.
It included the animal kingdom and all the earth, here that curse will be
removed.
a). Isaiah 11:1-9 And there shall come forth a rod out of the
stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
11:2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon
him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding in
the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,
neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the
poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the
earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay
the wicked.
11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his
loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and
the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and
the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
11:7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their
young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
11:8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole
of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy
mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the
waters cover the sea.
b). Isaiah 65:17-25 For, behold, I create new
heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into
mind.
65:18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that
which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a
joy.
65:19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in
my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the
voice of crying.
65:20 There shall be no more thence an infant of
days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an
hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit
them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
65:22 They shall not build, and another inhabit;
they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days
of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
65:23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring
forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their
offspring with them.
65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they
call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together,
and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's
meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.

unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a
land):--X common, country, earth, field, ground, land, X natins, way, +
wilderness, world.]
1). This is so clearly referring to the time
immediately after the return of Christ to set up his kingdom. The disbanding of
all national militaries will only occur when Christ has returned.
a). Micah 4:1-3 But in the last days it shall come
to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the
top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall
flow unto it.
4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and
