We accept it always, and in all places, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.

1. “We accept it always, and in all places, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.”

c. always [Strong: 3839. pante pan'-tay adverb (of manner) from 3956; wholly:--always.]
