But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

1. “But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober…”
a. But [Strong: 1161. de deh a primary particle (adversative or continuative); but, and, etc.:--also, and, but, moreover, now (often unexpressed in English).]
b. the [Strong: 3588.
