And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

1. “And God said…” 

a. [And] God [Strong: 430 'elohiym el-o-heem' plural of 433; gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative:--angels, X exceeding, God (gods)(-dess, -ly), X (very) great, judges, X mighty.]

1). God called the universe and everything in it into existence by faith. As God spoke the words, “Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life”. He was speaking them into existence.

b. [bring forth] abundantly [Strong: 8317 sharats shaw-rats' a primitive root; to wriggle, i.e. (by implication) swarm or abound:--breed (bring forth, increase) abundantly (in abundance), creep, move.]

c. [the] moving creature [Strong: 8318 sherets sheh'-rets from 8317; a swarm, i.e. active mass of minute animals:--creep(-ing thing), move(-ing creature).]

d. 3. “...and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.”

a. [and] fowl [Strong: 5775 `owph ofe from 5774; a bird (as covered with feathers, or rather as covering with wings), often collectively:--bird, that flieth, flying, fowl.]

[of] heaven [Strong: 8064 shamayim shaw-mah'-yim dual of an unused singular shameh {shaw-meh'}; from an unused root meaning to be lofty; the sky (as aloft; the dual perhaps alluding to the visible arch in which the clouds move, as well as to the higher ether where the celestial bodies revolve):--air, X astrologer, heaven(-s).]
