And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mount.

1). As soon as the garments of the High Priesthood were removed from Aaron he died. Remember, he was not sick, no one hit him, as soon as the garments were removed he died. The only thing I can say is God took his spirit. Jewish tradition teaches that Moses took him to a cave, made a bed for him and told him to lie down and close his eyes and mouth and he died. Whether the Jewish tradition happened or I don’t know. If we go strictly by Scri[ture, the garments of the High Priesthood were removed and he died.
