And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.

1). One translation uses the term “inaugurate”. I like that because it reminds me of the inaugurations of Presidents, where outside the capital building the President is sworn in with an oath before both Houses of Congress, the Supreme Court, and when televised before all the American people. 

c.
