All the congregation of Israel shall keep it.

a. NLT: The whole community of Israel must celebrate this Passover festival.

a. All the congregation [5712 * `edah] [Strong: feminine of 5707 in the original sense of fixture; a stated assemblage (specifically, a concourse, or generally, a family or crowd):--assembly, company, congregation, multitude, people, swarm.]

b. of Israel  [3478 * Yisra'el] [Strong: from 8280 and 410; he will rule as God; Jisrael, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity: --Israel.]
