Exodus 12:48

And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

a. NLT: “If there are foreigners living among you who want to celebrate the LORD’s Passover, let all their males be circumcised. Only then may they celebrate the Passover with you like any native-born Israelite. But no uncircumcised male may ever eat the Passover meal.

b. NIV: “A foreigner residing among you who wants to celebrate the LORD’s Passover must have all the males in his household circumcised; then he may take part like one born in the land. No uncircumcised male may eat it.

c. YLT: 'And when a sojourner sojourneth with thee, and hath made a passover to Jehovah, every male of his is to be circumcised, and then he doth come near to keep it, and he hath been as a native of the land, but any uncircumcised one doth not eat of it;

d. Amplified Bible Classic: When a stranger sojourning with you wishes to keep the Passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land. But no uncircumcised person shall eat of it.

e. Septuagint: An if any proselyte shall come to you to keep the passover to the Lord, thou shalt circumcise every male of him, and then shall he approach to sacrifice it, and he shall be even as the original inhabitant of the land; no uncircumcised person shall eat of it. 

f. Stone Edition Torah/Prophets/Writings: When a proselyte sojourns among you he shall make the pesach-offering for HASHEM; each of his males shall be circumcised, and then he may draw near to perform it and he shall be like the native of the land; no uncircumcised male may eat of it.

1. “And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD…”

b. shall sojourn with thee [1481 * guwr] [Strong: a primitive root; properly, to turn aside from the road (for a lodging or any other purpose), i.e. sojourn (as a guest); also to shrink, fear (as in a strange place); also to gather for hostility (as afraid):--abide, assemble, be afraid, dwell, fear, gather (together), inhabitant, remain, sojourn, stand in awe, (be) stranger, X surely.]

d. the Passover [6453 * pecach] [Strong: from 6452; a pretermission, i.e. exemption; used only techically of the Jewish Passover (the festival or the victim):--passover (offering).

e. to the LORD [3068 * Yhovah] [Strong: from 1961; (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God:--Jehovah, the Lord.]

2. “…let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it…”

a. let all his males [2145 * zakar] [Strong: from 2142; properly, remembered, i.e. a male (of man or animals, as being the most noteworthy sex):--X him, male, man(child, -kind).

b. be circumcised [4135 *  muwl] [Strong: a primitive root; to cut short, i.e. curtail (specifically the prepuce, i.e. to circumcise); by implication, to blunt; figuratively, to destroy:--circumcise(-ing), selves), cut down (in pieces), destroy, X must needs.]

c. and then let him come near [7126 * qarab] [Strong: a primitive root; to approach (causatively, bring near) for whatever purpose:--(cause to) approach, (cause to) bring (forth, near), (cause to) come (near, nigh), (cause to) draw near (nigh), go (near), be at hand, join, be near, offer, present, produce, make ready, stand, take.]

1). Stone Edition Chumash: This is one of the many passages in which the Torah requires that proselytes be treated as equals with all other Jews. Even though their ancestors did not emerge from Egypt, they have become full-fledged Jews and, provide they circumcise themselves and their children, they bring the offering along with all other Jews.

3. “…and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.”

a. he shall be as one that is born [249 * 'ezrach] [Strong: from 2224 (in the sense of springing up); a spontaneous growth, i.e. native (tree or persons):--bay tree, (home-)born (in the land), of the (one's own) country (nation).]

b. in the land [776 * 'erets] [Strong: from an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land):--X common, country, earth, field, ground, land, X natins, way, + wilderness, world.]

c. no uncircumcised person [6189 * `arel] [Strong: from 6188; properly, exposed, i.e. projecting loose (as to the prepuce); used only technically, uncircumcised (i.e. still having the prepuce uncurtailed):--uncircumcised (person).]

d. shall eat thereof [398 *  'akal] [Strong: a primitive root; to eat (literally or figuratively):--X at all, burn up, consume, devour(-er, up), dine, eat(-er, up), feed (with), food, X freely, X in...wise(-deed, plenty), (lay) meat, X quite.]
