Hebrews 13:15

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

a. ASV: Through him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name.
  
b. YLT: Through him, then, we may offer up a sacrifice of praise always to God, that is, the fruit of lips, giving thanks to His name;
d. Amplified Bible Classic: Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name.
1. “By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually…”

a. 2.  “...that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.”

a. not to refuse, i. e. to promise, not to deny, i. e. to confess; declare: to confess, to profess, to declare openly, speak out freely.

1).  Biblical faith demands we say the same thing as what God and his word say.

a).  2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.
