Malachi 4:2
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings, and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

1). There are a number of passages that come to mind looking at this verse. Verses and passages that invoke protection, care and of course healing.
a). Psalm 91:1-16 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
91:2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
91:3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
91:5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
91:6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
91:8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
91:9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
91:10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
91:12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
91:13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

b). Matthew 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
2). Finally i want to touch on a passage that I believe rings true. The woman with the issue of blood 12 years heard of Jesus came and touched the hem of his garment.
a). Matthew 9:20-22 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
b). One of the definitions in the Hebrew word for “wings” as in “healing in his wings” is the terms, “border, corner, end, and uttermost part and skirt”. Saints, on the border or hem of Jesus garment were the tassels, the tassels were tied into 613 knots to remind them of the 613 commandments in the Law. They were the wings of his garment and they contained healing in them.
2. “...and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”
a. b. [and] grow up [Strong: 6335 pûwsh, poosh; a primitive root; to spread; figuratively, act proudly:—grow up, be grown fat, spread selves, be scattered.]
c. [as] calves [Strong: 5695 ʻêgel, ay-ghel; from the same as H5696; a (male) calf (as frisking round), especially one nearly grown (i.e. a steer):—bullock, calf.]
d. [of the] stall [Strong: 4770 marbêq, mar-bake'; from an unused root meaning to tie up; a stall (for cattle):—× fat(-ted), stall.]
