Isaiah 1:20

if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of
the LORD hath spoken it.

Personally, I believe this prophetic word came to the leaders of Sodom and
Gomorrah previous to their destruction in Genesis 19, more exactly immediately
previous to the invasion of the Mesopotamian kings in Genesis 14.
