the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace
of God was upon him.

Jesus grew physically, he also grew in knowledge and wisdom. Scripture teaches
that when the Second Person of the Godhead became man, he laid aside his
Godlike abilities, such as, Omnipotence: Jesus was not all powerful while he
was on earth as a man. Omnipresence: Jesus could only be at one place at a time
while he was on earth as a man. Omniscience: Clearly Scripture reveals he grew
in knowledge and wisdom. See notes at Philippians 2:7.
