Exodus 24:3

And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the LORD hath said will we do.

a. NLT: Then Moses went down to the people and repeated all the instructions and regulations the LORD had given him. All the people answered with one voice, “We will do everything the LORD has commanded.”

b. NIV: When Moses went and told the people all the LORD’s words and laws, they responded with one voice, “Everything the LORD has said we will do.”

1). Up to this point as far as the Law is concerned there was only Exodus 20-23. Everything concerning the five books of Moses from Exodus 25 through Deuteronomy had not been written yet. It is possible that “the words of the LORD” including the LORD calling him in Exodus 3 and onward were also included. What must be acknowledged is that the tablets of stone were not written until later in Exodus 31:18

2. “…and all the people answered with one voice, hath said…”
