Exodus 24:3
And Moses came and told the people all the words of the
LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and
said, All the words which the LORD hath said will we do.

LORD has commanded.”

Law is concerned there was only Exodus 20-23. Everything concerning the five
books of Moses from Exodus 25 through Deuteronomy had not been written yet. It
is possible that “the words of the LORD” including the LORD calling him in
Exodus 3 and onward were also included. What must be acknowledged is that the
tablets of stone were not written until later in Exodus 31:18
