Genesis 21:13

Genesis 21:13

And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.

a. NLT: But I will also make a nation of the descendants of Hagar’s son because he is your son, too.”

b. NIV: I will make the son of the slave into a nation also, because he is your offspring.”

c. YLT: As to the son of the handmaid also, for a nation I set him, because heis thy seed.'

d. Amplified Bible: And I will make a nation of the son of the bondwoman also, because he is your offspring.

1. “And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation…”

2. “…because he is thy seed.”

a. because he is thy seed [2233 * zera’] [Strong: from 2232; seed; figuratively, fruit, plant, sowing-time, posterity:--X carnally, child, fruitful, seed(-time), sowing- time.]
