Genesis 21:15

Genesis 21:15

And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs.

a. NLT: When the water was gone, she put the boy in the shade of a bush.

b. NIV: When the water in the skin was gone, she put the boy under one of the bushes.

c. YLT: and the water is consumed from the bottle, and she placeth the lad under one of the shrubs.

d. Amplified Bible: When the water in the bottle was all gone, Hagar caused the youth to lie down under one of the shrubs.

e. Septuagint: And the water failed out of the skin, and she cast the child under a fir tree.
